Who is responsible for your data
This website is run by Beyonder Project, owned by , a freelance front-end web developer based in Wrocław, Poland. I am the controller of the personal data described below.
Contact for anything about your data: .
What data I collect
- Contact form: your name and company, your email address and your message.
- Email or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send me when you contact me directly.
- Technical data: when you visit the site, the hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit so the site can be delivered and protected from attacks.
You don't have to give me any data, but without an email address or phone number I can't reply to you.
Why I use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote: this is a step you ask for before we may agree on a project (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and is also based on the consent you give with the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To carry out a project we agree on: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and keeping invoices as required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website and the form safe from spam and abuse: my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
I never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never add you to a newsletter.
Who helps me process it
I use a few trusted services. They only process your data to provide their service to me:
- Cloudflare: hosting of this website and protection against attacks.
- Web3Forms: delivers messages from the contact form to my inbox.
- hCaptcha: checks that the contact form is sent by a person, not a bot.
- Zoho Mail: my business email.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message me there.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. In that case they use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long I keep it
If your enquiry doesn't turn into a project, I delete it within 12 months of our last contact. If we work together, I keep our correspondence for as long as the project and any support last, and invoices for as long as tax law requires.
Cookies and storage on your device
This site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. It only remembers your day or night mode choice in your browser's local storage; this stays on your device and is never sent to me. When the captcha is shown, hCaptcha may use cookies or similar technology that it needs to tell people from bots.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to see the data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn't affect anything done before. Just email me at the address above.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl); in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie); or the authority in the country where you live.
Changes
If I change how I handle data, I will update this page and the date at the top.
